Our Amenities
The Mill at Little Falls boasts a number of desirable, luxury amenities. Our complex includes options for fitness, remote working, recreation, meetings, events, private parking, and on-site laundry.
We have recently made significant improvements to the property including the development of several common areas for our residents. Our new fitness room is outfitted with an array of exercise equipment. The new community room includes several areas for seating, a pool table, fireplace, and two TV areas. The party room includes seating as well as a kitchen and food prep area. The property also includes an exclusive private tennis court, an outdoor pool, BBQ areas, patio overlooking the waterfall, and a walking/jogging path which runs through our wooded park and across a small Passaic inlet.
Safety is a priority at The Mill and so our compound is monitored 24-7 with security cameras, regular guard patrols, and controlled access to buildings.
