The Mill at Little Falls supports a design aesthetic that is at once traditional and urban. Many of the units in the original buildings have historic and industrial features such as exposed brick and brownstone, high ceilings and oversized windows that are perfect for enjoying direct views of the river. Residents in the nine-story high-rise enjoy elevated views of the mountains and river from their one or two balconies.
